The City of Port Isabel, Texas gives notice of the city’s intent to submit a Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Downtown Revitalization Program (DRP) application grant request of $500,000 for the installation of ADA-compliant sidewalks, street lighting, drainage improvements and street improvements in the City of Port Isabel.
