Cameron County has received confirmation of 11 additional COVID-19 related deaths of Cameron County residents. This includes seven (7) males from Brownsville, aged 69, 70, 74, 77, 80, 86 and 87 year old. There was also a 77 year-old female from Harlingen, a 63-year old male from Laguna Vista, a 59 year-old male from Port Isabel and a 61 year-old male from San Benito. This raises the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Cameron County to 258.

Cameron County Public Health continues to work with the six nursing home facilities and one detention center in addressing the COVID-19 outbreaks. To date, the Cameron County cases arising from the Port Isabel Service Processing Center has 12 employees and 84 detainees who have tested positive.

Cameron County has received confirmation of 21 additional COVID-19 related deaths of Cameron County residents. This includes ten (10) from Brownsville, including a 54, 63, 70 and 80 year-old females, of which the 80 year old was a resident at Valley Grande Manor Nursing Home. The remaining six individuals were males aged 36, 63, 86, 91 and two 73 year-olds. There was also a 72 year-old female and five males aged 29, 70, 74, 75 and 76 years old from Harlingen. There was also a 38 year-old male from Rio Hondo, 46 and 80 year-old males from La Feria and a 68 and 91 year-old males from San Benito. This raises the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Cameron County to 247.

Cameron County Public Health continues to work with the six nursing home facilities and one detention center in addressing the COVID-19 outbreaks. To date, the Cameron County cases arising from the Port Isabel Service Processing Center has 12 employees and 84 detainees who have tested positive.

Cameron County has received confirmation of ten (10) additional COVID-19 related deaths of Cameron County residents. This includes five (5) nursing home residents from Brownsville: an 89 year-old female and a 83 year-old male from Ebony Lake Nursing Home and 70, 75 and 80 year-old males from Brownsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. There was also an 80-year old male resident from Veranda Nursing Home in Harlingen. The remaining deaths include a 57 year-old female, and 56, 76 and 81 year-old males, all from Brownsville.  This raises the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Cameron County to 226.

Cameron County has received confirmation of six (6) additional COVID-19 related deaths of Cameron County Residents. The individuals were a 67-year old female and a 69-year old male, both from Los Fresnos, a 73-year old male from San Benito, a 79-year old male from La Feria and a 94-year old female from Harlingen. These individuals all passed away at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. In addition, there was a 94-year old male from the Veranda Nursing Home that passed away. These individuals all passed away at the Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. There was also a 70-year old and a 55-year old males from Brownsville that passed away at the Valley Regional Medical Center. In addition there was a 98-year old female resident of The Rio at Fox Hollow, an 89 year-old female resident of Alta Vista, and an 84-year old female and 89-year old, 65-year old and 56-year old male residents of the Valley Grand Manor who passed away. There were also a 68-year old male from Brownsville and a 50-year old male from Harlingen who passed away. This raises the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Cameron County to 169.
